My no peel potato soup is delicious, fast, & super easy to make.
The trick is not to peel and chop the potatoes. It’s fun fast and easy
to make, most of all it’s delicious.
No Peel Potato Soup Ingredients:
2 cans Dice Potatoes
1 cup shedded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of bacon fat
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper to your taste
Garlic powder, Onion powder to your taste.
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour

Fried Bacon chopped for garnish
Shedded cheese for garnish
Add 2 tablespoons of melted bacon fat, & 2 tablespoons of
all purpose flour to your pot. Combine both ingredients until
it’s blended into a smooth ball.
Add a few sops of vegetable broth to help soften & break down the flour mixture, use
a fork to start to help breakdown the flour mixture.
Add the rest of the Broth, and blend with a fork. Use the fork to breakup any lumps
in the Broth. “don’t worry…this method works” the Fork is the key…it hasn’t failed me yet.”
Add the rest of the ingredients, blending and stirring well. (at this point you can add your
favorite ingredients, like Broccoli, Ham, chopped cooked Chicken, Chopped chunks of cooked Sea Food,
Shrimps, Lobster…and more.) Cover and let Simmer on med to low flame, for 20 minutes.
STIR OFTEN WHILE THE SOUP SIMMERS TO PREVENT STICKING TO THE POT.
After cooking, let cool down for 15 minutes, the soup will thicken a little more during
the cooling down process.
You can garnish it with cheese, bacon, crumbled crackers….anything you like.
